A C-Level Executive Leader for many years, Meyerrose was recognized as the go-to executive at First Horizon National Corporation for turnarounds, strategy redefinition, leadership development and innovative solutions.  Specifically, during her career Meyerrose’s assignments included:

• Treasurer of the Bank Holding Company, responsible for all investor relations, management of the company’s capital and dividend policies and asset/liability planning;
• CFO for the $30 Billion (assets) banking organization;
• Regional Bank President, a position held as a result of successfully integrating the largest bank acquisition ($800 million S&L) in the company’s history into the then $400 million regional bank;   
• Executive VP for enterprise-wide Human Resources for nine years, a period of national expansion nearly doubling the number of employees to a high of 15,000; attained multiple national recognitions, notably being voted by employees as one of Fortune’s 100 Best Places to work in the United States for each of those nine years;
•  Enterprise CAO with responsibility for HR as well as IT, bank operations, CREAS, quality assurance, digital (online) strategy and marketing, and the newly developed enterprise program office;
• A Named Executive Officer for 14 years at various times responsible to the Board of Directors for recommending capital and dividend policy, M&A transactions, and the structure of executive comp, employee benefit, and broad based equity compensation plans.
• Founding President of a new business unit, Emerging National Businesses, developed as an incubator for new emerging business lines and innovative new revenue sources for the corporation.
